About Me

Thu Feb 26, 2009, 6:30 AM
My name is John Ski and I live in the Durham NC area. I am a digital artist with experience in both print and web design. I have extensive experience in prepress design along with packaging design although I am not allowed to show most of my packaging designs due to customer permission issues. I've done design work for Glaxo Smith Kline, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Johnson & Johnson, Bayer Healthcare and many others in the pharmaceutical field through my former employer. I also have done some web designs for friends and also wallpaper designs for a Texas A&M University fan site - Texags.com. I spend my free time playing with my daughter (whom I have a piece I made with her posted in my gallery) and surfing the web trying to find tutorials to help me get better as a designer and an artist. I am currently working on getting my online portfolio up to date as I have many pieces that I do not have uploaded here, so check back often as I will be adding more in the upcoming weeks
